Pam Edwards - Secretary

I began my real estate career in 1975 when I secured by sales license. I sold real estate for a short time (interest rates began to climb 18-22%) I then moved over to property management department. In the early 1980’s I started my own property management business, Pam T. Property Mgt. I manage for about 52 different owners and I am proud to state that I still have the very first owners that I began my business with.

In 1996 I secured my first investment property and have continued to purchase several units – all single family houses. I was one of the original members of the Savannah Landlord’s Association. I have worked on a number of the board positions over the years.

When attending Armstrong State College I served on the student board and held the position of President of the Radiology Class for two years plus I was selected for Who’s Who Among Students In American Universities & College. I graduated in June 1996 with a degree of science, radiologic technologies.

I have been married to Bill Edwards for 10 years and I have 3 children and 7 grandchildren. My greatest joy is spending time with my grandchildren. I, also, enjoy exercising and reading in my spare time.
